UNCITRAL Activities

The International Insolvency Institute was awarded special consultative status to United Nations Agencies in 2014. III has been privileged to have been invited to send Delegations to UNCITRAL Working Groups for several years. We are also very pleased that UNCITRAL representatives have for many years participated valuably in our Conferences. We appreciate the fine working relationship that we have always had with UNCITRAL and the Working Groups in which we are involved.
