The International Insolvency Institute is an excellence-driven, active-member, non-profit organization of limited membership, serving as an independent global source of unique expertise dedicated to advancing the development, innovation, and reform of insolvency law and practice.
Our active community of Global Insolvency Thought Leaders, invited on the basis of their proven record of exceptional expertise, leadership, and integrity, engages to improve international cooperation in the insolvency area, fostering greater coordination among nations in multinational business reorganizations and restructurings.
We champion our mission by:
