Bio:

With over 30 years’ experience, Scott is a leading Australian restructuring and insolvency lawyer, who combines his industry knowledge with strong technical skills to provide innovative, commercial, and cost-effective solutions.

Scott is a member and former chair of both the Insolvency and Restructuring Committee of the Law Council of Australia and the Queensland Law Society Insolvency Law Committee.  Scott is a Fellow of INSOL International and a Fellow of the Australian Restructuring, Turnaround and Insolvency Association (ARITA).
