Sabrina Maria Fadel Becue

Bio:

Sabrina is a restructuring and insolvency lawyer based in Curitiba (Brazil), with 8 years of experience advising debtors and creditors in judicial reorganization and liquidation. She is Partner at Haj Mussi & Becue Advogados Associados, Brazil. Sabrina has a PhD and Master´s Degree in Commercial Law from University of São Paulo. She holds a LL.M. degree in International Commercial Law and Dispute Resolution from SiLS - Swiss International Law School. And, currently, she is a post-doctoral researcher at University of São Paulo – Law School (2021-2023). She acted as technical assistant to the mediation in one of the biggest cases of insolvency mediation in Brazil (Samarco). She is author of several publications on restructuring and insolvency law and Professor of Commercial Law for both graduate and undergraduate programs in Brazil.
