Bio:
Annika Wolf is a Professor ofSustainable Transformation at the University of Applied Science in Emden/Leer (Germany). She is a graduate of the University of Bamberg (MA in International and European Business Studies) and of the German Graduate School of Management and Law (LL.M Business Law), and holds a PhD in Law from Humboldt-University of Berlin.
After working for a financial institution in various countries for several years, she changed into academics. She was awarded a two-year Max Weber Fellowship at the European University Institute in Florence and subsequently worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow in Strategic Management at the Goethe-University in Frankfurt (Germany).
Her research focuses on international and comparative restructuring and insolvency law, corporate finance, (behavioral) law and economics and corporate governance. More recently, she has been engaged in research relating to mediation.
