Bio:

Associate professor of Private law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Ph.D. in Law at the University of Salamanca. President of the Chilean chapter of the Iberoamerican Insolvency Institute. Expert member of the Iberoamerican Law and Finance Institute. Insolvency arbitrator and former legislative advisor for the discussion of a new insolvency act in Chile. Author of several books, book chapters and peer-reviewed articles related to commercial, insolvency and consumer law, published in Latin America and Europe.
