Qualifications/Education: HEC PARIS (Entrepreneur major H 95), law degree (Panthéon-Sorbonne). 
Teaches in the Master 2 ALED program at the Sorbonne.

Experience: As a court-appointed administrator, Hélène has significant experience in restructuring under court-appointed mandates. Hélène has developed expertise in the financial restructuring of groups under LBO or structured finance (ORPEA, Arc, Rallye, Vivarte, SAUR, Fraikin, Ikks, Vallourec, Technicolor, EUROPCAR, LATECOERE, Mecachrome, . ), the securing of spin-offs from subsidiaries of major groups (La Redoute, Lapeyre...) and major supranational projects (CGG, BRANDT, EUROPACORP, Novares...) and large-scale projects with a significant social dimension (LA HALLE, ORCHESTRA, FLUNCH, CELIO, ...). In 13 years, €70bn of debt has been restructured for companies employing a total of almost 500,000 people and with total sales of €80bn. With over 20 years' experience, she has managed more than 2,000 mandates for insolvency proceedings, amicable procedures to prevent insolvency, and provisional administration in commercial and civil matters, developing within FHBX areas of expertise to support social, operational, real estate and financial restructuring. Highly involved in the environment to impact on reforms useful to companies (SFA, Pacte...)

Awards:
Described as the "Madonna of bankruptcies" by the Journal LE MONDE in 2013, Hélène received the Prix Trajectoire d'HEC AU FEMININ in 2014 and the Prix de la Femme d'Influence Économique in 2015 awarded by Génération Femmes d'Influence. She was elected "HEC of the Year 2020".
Chevalier de l'Ordre National du Mérite, insignia awarded in 2015 by the President of the Republic. Chevalier de l'Ordre de la Légion d'Honneur (Prime Minister's list, January 1, 2020)
