Guilherme França

Bio:

Guilherme França is an associate at the corporate reorganization and insolvency law boutique Lollato Lopes Rangel Ribeiro Advogados. He is an LLM graduate from Fordham University School of Law, New York (2023), where he worked in Judge Stong’s chambers at the U. S. Bankruptcy Court and served as a research assistant, focusing on cross-border bankruptcy matters for Professor S. Block-Lieb. 

Guilherme has been involved in many high-profile cross-border cases and was recognized as a Future Star by Benchmark Litigation (2020 and 2021). He has also authored and co-authored books and articles on insolvency and restructuring.
