Dr. Michael Schuster

Bio:

Dr. Michael Schuster is a founding partner with JAFFÉ Rechtsanwälte PartG, a highly specialized commercial law firm, focusing in particular on all aspects of national and international insolvency law. Before joining JAFFÉ Rechtsanwälte LLP in 2011, he was heading the Insolvency Litigation Department of JAFFÉ Rechtsanwälte Insolvenzverwalter, which is one of leading German law firms in insolvency administration. He started his career in 2003 with GÖRG Rechtsanwälte, Cologne.

He also specialises in international insolvency law and is an author on German and European International Insolvency Law in one of the leading German practice commentaries. He graduated in law and received his doctorate from the University of Münster. Furthermore, he holds an MBA (Diplom-Kaufmann) from FernUniversität Hagen.
