Bio:
Ais has extensive experience in representing global corporations as well as UHNWIs in international arbitration (ICC, LCIA, SCC, ICAC, ad hoc under UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules), complex multijurisdictional litigation (including the UK, USA, France, Sweden, Cyprus, BVI), cross-border insolvency, and global asset tracing and recovery proceedings. Her industry experience spans oil and gas, banking and finance, transportation and airlines, infrastructure, and construction.
Ais is a PhD candidate with an educational background in the U.S. She teaches Insolvency Law as a Senior Lecturer at the Higher School of Economics Law School. Being an active professional community member, Ais regularly speaks at international conferences and conducts legal training and webinars.
Ais is recognised by Best Lawyers in Arbitration and Mediation, Litigation, International Arbitration, Insolvency and Reorganisation Law. Her past projects have been featured in The Lawyer's Top 10 Cases.
