Model Laws@Work The International Insolvency Institute is pleased to announce the launch of a video series created by its Thought Leadership Committee-Model Laws@Work on UNCITRAL’s Model Law On Cross-Border Insolvency. The videos have been developed to be practical and brief, avoiding lengthy legal text. Instead, they emphasize the core issues one should know about the Model Law, its enactment, its interpretation, and its operation in states that have recently implemented the MLCBI at the national level. These videos will be of interest and use not just to practitioners, academics and judges but also to government officials around the world. III encourages our followers to share any or all of the videos with anyone who may find the information useful in developing and furthering global insolvency cooperation and laws. Please click here to view the video library, additional videos will be added as they are completed.
