III and the World Bank are pleased to announce a series of three roundtable sessions with panels of experts discussing the insolvency issues in Latin America affecting Small and Medium-Size Enterprises (“SME’s”) including the newly updated World Bank Principles for Effective Insolvency and Creditor/Debtor Regimes.

The list of speakers for each session is listed below in the flyers. The format of the presentations are zoom webinars with all three sessions conducted in Spanish but with English translation available. There is no cost, but please register in advance to receive the zoom login link to the webinars.
