Andrew Parlen, a partner in Latham & Watkins’ New York office and a member of the firm’s Restructuring, Insolvency & Workouts Practice, creates value-maximizing strategies for public and private companies, creditors, and investors in diverse restructuring matters, both in and out of court.

Mr. Parlen offers clients innovative, strategic counsel as they navigate business challenges related to complex restructurings.
