Margarita Khrapova’s educational background includes Bachelor degree in Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2015 and Master degree of Insolvency Law (with honors) obtained in 2017 in Lomonosov Moscow State University.
Margarita is a first-year PhD student in Civil law in Moscow State University.

Her main research interest centers on the legal regulation of the bank-creditor’s participation in the process of insolvency (bankruptcy) of the borrower.
Margarita’s other academic and work focuses are: recovery and resolution tools in banking system, prudential treatment of problem assets, banks’ problem assets management.
After her internship in the State Corporation Deposit Insurance Agency in the department of financial rehabilitation of credit institutions Margarita worked for 2 years in Raiffeisen Banking Group Austria in the largest of its subsidiaries Raiffeisenbank (Russia). Her experience included debt settlements in large and middle-market business.
Publication in 2016 in Law&Business journal: Implementation of bail-in tool.
Participation in 2016 in MSU banking law conference: "Banking system and banking market in new economic conditions".
Participation in 2017 in INSOL Europe Academic Forum Conference in Warsaw with paper "Bank recovery and resolution regime in Russia".
