The 2012 Prize Winners are:

2012 GOLD MEDAL:  Awarded to Robert Kovacs of Clayton Utz, Melbourne, Australia: “A Transnational Approach to the Arbitrability of Insolvency Proceedings in International Arbitration”

2012 SILVER MEDAL:  Awarded to Dr. Rolef de Weijs of University of Amsterdam, Amsterdam, Netherlands: “Harmonisation of European Insolvency Law and the need to tackle two common problems: common pool & anticommons”

2012 BRONZE MEDAL (Joint):
(1) Awarded to Fabrice Robert-Tissot of Lévy Kaufmann-Kohler, Geneva, Switzerland:  “The Effects of a Reorganization on (Executory) Contracts: A Comparative Law and Policy Study [United States, France, Germany and Switzerland]”

(2) Awarded to Elizabeth Dahill of Brooklyn Law School, “As Greece Goes, So Goes the E.U.:  Defending Europe with a Sovereign Debt Restructuring Framework”
